Two things come to mind:
1. Kamala Harris is the right person for the presidency. She is smart, quick, savvy, experienced, knowledgeable, and a bright light. She is the woman for our times. Competence oozes out of her pores. I haven't felt this good about our potential future since the Obamas moved into Washington DC. We have to move beyond the idea of race and gender. We have to mature past this old and tired rut that the Republicans keep retreating to. We have to move away from Trump and his sociopathy, racism, misogyny, criminality, and pathological lying. He is a grifter without the intelligence or mindset for the presidency.
2. What is the plan for when Trump, his electors, and the Supreme Court try to overthrow the election that is sure to go Kamala's way? What are we prepared to do to preserve our democracy? This seems to be the elephant in the room. This is the real imminent threat to our democracy. What can be done about it before it happens? Certainly there must be a plan.
