Well, if we really look closely at this idea of being awake we find that there is only one state and therefore there is only one message. It is taught in Hinduism, Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, Sufism, Kabbalah, Christian Mysticism, and so on. It's the same message and the same realization. It's not really a mystery, but the conditioned mind has a very difficult time of turning the attention to the source, the subject, rather than the world of objects. As I have written, the realization is instantaneous, but more often than not a person must embark on a path or learn about the mind before anything else. It's a paradox to be certain.
