The term "leftist" is a charged term that creates a rift, a divide, in people. Wouldn't it be better not to speak in such generalities by using a pejorative term? It's like starting an argument by using the term "right wing idiots," or some such idea. When either kinds of terms are used it shows an immediate agenda instead of an interest in having an open and friendly discussion. That's my only point here.
