It is my experience that the process of moving from life to life is the path of the self that remains in ignorance of what it truly is. Once the self is exposed as an illusion, however, we may realize that we are not this at all. When this happens it becomes obvious that reincarnation has to do with the self and not with that which underlies it. When we stop identifying as the self then we realize we are that which is ineffable.
