How would we know if God is nothingness or anything else? And how would we know if there is a god? And what is there to practice?

Please realize that I only write about what I have experienced through my own observation over the past 60plus years, and therefore I really do not get involved with the usual ideas about practicing, trying to achieve enlightenment, searching, or getting involved in intellectual concepts about reality. All can be known simply and directly by way of observation, and this is what I lay out for others to find for themselves.
